NATURAL JADE: This is a high grade jade pendant necklace. The pendant is completely natural jadeite jade.

CARVING: The pendant is exquisitely hand carved jade (one of a kind!) in the form of the Amitabha Buddha (Also known as Amita or Amida Buddha). Amitabha is the buddha of infinite light and life.

This piece has dual sided carving. You will see not only does the front have exquisite detailed Guan Yin carving but the back as well has detailed texture hand carving to give the piece more emphasis.

JADE COLOR: The jade color is a beautiful semi-translucent light green jade color. It is semi-translucent stone and allows light to shine through when held against the light or sun. This allows for a "glowing effect" when light reflects on the stone, which is beautiful under natural sunlight.
